Some Ghanaians have reacted to Barcelona’s post on Twitter of Nana Akufo-Addo receiving a jersey of the Spanish club from Dutch footballer Memphis Depay.
The 28-year-old is in Ghana for holidays and charity activities.
The LaLiga giants retweeted a post from Depay talking about his presentation of the Blaugrana jersey to the President.
When Barcelona retweeted the post from the Dutch born Ghanaian, Ghana fans invaded the post making various comments under it.
Some of the funny ones say because Barcelona, one of the biggest clubs in the world, posted the Ghana President, fuel prices will increase the next day, alluding to the phenomenon of the regular increase in prices of fuel in the country.
Others saw it as something to be proud of for Barcelona to post the President of Ghana.
